@Wein- und Freunde, Köniz - cloudy dark orange beer under a solid and long lasting creamy white foam; flowery with solid notes of sage, hints of caramel; a bit chewy palate, tasty and light astringent; a bit bubblegum-like feeling, the sweetness below is overwhelmed by a solid bitterness; long notes of sage and flowers leaving a lingering spicy and almost sharp finish the sage is a bit excessive to me
